Fenlong Liniment is a counterirritant, topical analgesic, and topical NSAID used to treat muscular pain, sprain, and strains. It contains diclofenac, capsaicin, menthol, and camphor as active ingredients to treat muscular pain, strain, and sprain.

Diclofenac works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase activity, which in turn prevents the production of prostaglandins and other inflammatory mediators, thus it reduces pain and inflammation. Capsaicin is a topical analgesic that relieves pain by defunctionalization of nociceptor fibers by promoting a topical hypersensitivity reaction on the skin.

Menthol causes a cooling effect that helps reduce pain in the tissues just below the surface of the skin. Camphor exerts its analgesic action by stimulating and desensitizing the sensory nerves by activating heat-sensitive receptors, which produce a warm sensation and cooling effect.

Always use Fenlong Liniment as advised by your physician. It is for external use only. Gently massage 15 to 30 drops on the affected area (painful area) and repeat three times a day or as required. Avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes, or broken skin. Discontinue the use and consult the doctor if irritation persists or increases.
